Green Flooring that will surprise

Made of Bamboo, Premium Green's new strand woven hardwood flooring is not only breathtaking visually, it is a renewable "hardwood" floor produced organically without the use of fertilizers nor pesticides. The bamboo is harvested in approx 5 years and the plant it left alive and healthy to regrow once again. Something that can not be said for domestic tree species not to mention the exotic brazilian hardwoods that are under depletion.

If you want the exotic look of a brazilian hardwood the new strand woven collection might be the place to look. The original tones were in the steamed darker brown tones or the lighter natural tone. Now by mixing and weaving a variety of both we have the Charred and Raw options. Great choices and neutral colors all with an unexpected 3000lb janka hardness rating matching that of the Exotic Brazilian Walnut tree. This is twice the hardness rating as maple, standard bamboo flooring and Oak.

What about the cost? It is priced lower than our solid brazilian wood options.

So if you want the look and hardness rating of an exotic hardwood floor but do not like the idea of walking on the product of a dead rainforest, consider the strand woven bamboo option by premium green bamboo. Click here to view the collection

Hi John,

This is the only way I can reach you. I bought approx $2,000.00 of wood laminate and underlayment from you. Not only did my pallet sit on a truck for 18 days, the flooring is all warped and defective from the manufacturer. This underwent 2 independent inspections, Molly agreed to go with the first inspector but she did not believe and I quote in the "validity" of this report...in other words a false report was issued, and then she contracted a flooring specialist who concluded the same thing a manufacture issue. So I received an email with report and a phone call from Molly who stated that I would be refunded all of my money as per your warranty. I called everyday to have this flooring picked up...I am disabled...and I spoke to Molly last night and all she said was "your claim is denied" and hung up on me.
I just wanted to make you full aware of what has happened and will provide you with all information, however, I am going to my local court and starting a civic lawsuit...unless you live up to your own policy...and I will ask to be reimbursed for all products sold to me as well as the cost of someone ripping up a not so bad wall to wall carpet that was taking out to allow your flooring to be installed, I will also seek compensation on labor and new carpeting and my original 2,000.+ money I paid your awful customer service people. Molly Naigan, called me and informed me I would be getting the full refund and she even said she could issue credit as soon as it was picked up and had a tracking number and then she snapped on me last night saying I get nothing. NO WAY. Either you live up to your own corporate standards and guidelines or I will start civil action at 3PM today.

Thank you,
Thomas Hunter

Okay - so I see I'm not the only one with issues regarding your company, shipping, customer service and Molly. We spent over $1500 in january for flooring, knowing that is a back order product but not thinking we wouldn't receive our floor till end of March. We had a lot of damage from the shipper but only made claim for 2 cartons. Considering the pictures as it was coming off the truck I was thinking you would do the honorable thing and go better than what we claimed. Not only did you not show great customer service, we have been waiting since 3/27 for our replacements - it is now 8/20. Your customer service has failed in every way to help resolve this issue - I have to continually call and am told someone will call me back in '15-30" minutes - - never once has anyone ever followed through with that phone call. When we finally got the replacement cartons - they were both damaged - we refused that shipment. You contacted the shipper and decided we keep the two cartons and you would give me a new carton free of charge. It took my phone calls and three weeks later for the shipper to redeliver. They were sending it to my house via the father of a driver in his personal car. I was very concerned that these two cartons would be more damaged than initially, your customer service said to accept and if any additional damage you would make good on. Well, my fiance was the one home ad he refused this delivery as well. On July 24, when I called your CS office I was told - my first of many times - I would get a call back in 15 minutes from Molly. No call. On August 4 I contacted your CS since I had not seen any replacements, no phone call, no nothing. All we were asking for was 2 threshold moldings and 1carton - I don't think that is a lot to ask for 6+months of baloney - waiting, time from work, etc. trying to get this resolved. We know alot of people in the contruction and remodel business here in Baton Rouge and in Seattle, where you have opened a new store and I will make sure none of them ever order from your company. I'm sure I won't hear back from you regarding this and you probably could really care less, but that is no way to run a business. After our order was placed your CS has been less stellar. If you do happen to check out my story you will find everything in my file for order #ok110973so. It would be nice to hear from and know that you actually do care about your customers.

On August 4 I contacted your CS since I had not seen any replacements, no phone call, no nothing. All we were asking for was 2 threshold moldings and 1 carton - I don't think that is a lot to ask for 7months of baloney - waiting, time from work, etc. trying to get this resolved. We know alot of people in the contruction and remodel business here in Baton Rouge and in Seattle, where you have opened a new store and I will make sure none of them ever order from your company. When I called tonight to find out what was going on as I never received my "15 minutes" phone call I was told that Molly's - and not by Molly - final decision was either 1 carton of flooring or 2 thresholds but not both - I SERIOUSLY DO NOT THINK 2 THRESHOLDS AND ONE CARTON IS TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR FOR THE LAST 7 MONTHS!!! It would be nice to hear from you and know that you actually do care about your customers and their issues.
